Naturally Delicious!

HOLIDAY "MEATLOAF"

- 1 onion, chopped |
- 1 can (20 oz) vegetarian burger* |
|
- ½ green pepper, chopped |
- 2/3 c. olive oil |
|
- ½ tsp. garlic salt |
- 4 eggs |
|
- ¼ tsp. poultry seasoning |
- ¼ c. brown sugar |
|
- 4 slices hearty bread, cubed (or 6 slices of white bread) |
- Vegetable cooking spray |
|
- 2 T. butter |
Served with a baked potatoe, fresh broccoli or green beans and a slice of whole wheat bread and fresh green salad it is so mouthwatering.
