Our New Fitness Classes include:
Teen Zumba:Zumba with moves and music that the teen crowd will love.
Gentle Core:Basic core movements with slow progression working on balance, core, flexibility, and stability using the bosu and/or stability ball, including a 20 minute stretch at the end of class. Great for beginners.
Pre-Teen Interval Mix:(8-12yrs) Gets kids moving! Strength & cardio activities to build endurance and strength. Be sure to wear sneakers & workout clothing.
