Active Older Adults
The Y supports active older adults while providing programs that give an extra edge to good health that is needed to meet life's changing challenges. All people need to continue to have a mission in their lives, a sense of direction and purpose. The Y is a place that active older adults can depend on - a place where they can enrich their lives and develop new skills, new interests and new friends.

Niles Senior Center – Tuesdays & Fridays 10:30am-11:15am – Y Walking Pass $20 for 10 visits
Buchanan Senior Center – Wednesdays & Fridays 10:15am-11:00am
