By working with a Y Personal Trainer, you can:

Assessment Only:
- $10.00/time they are done about every 6 - 8 weeks. If you have a training session, the assessment is included in the price.

Teen Orientation
Members between the ages of 13-16 may use the cardio and weight equipment on their own after taking a two week orientation session instructed by a YMCA personal trainer. Teens may sign up of the front desk. Any 13-16 year old that has not taken the orientation may use the fitness center, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Adult Orientation
Adults may sign up at the front desk for orientation of the new fitness equipment in groups of 5.
