Youth Sports
When kids play Y-Sports, they develop more than skills—they develop character. We offer a variety of programs for youth, including team sports, clinics and martial arts. Instructors and coaches—often volunteers and including many parents—model fairness and hard work while emphasizing teamwork, cooperation, and developing good values in this non-competitive program. Everyone plays, everyone wins!


We are happy to offer our Child-Focused Tae Kwon Do to our members and guests. This program helps students develop discipline with a focus on good grades in school. Self-esteem, confidence, self-defense, self control and respect are also focused upon. Kids ages 5-12 are invited to participate our program. Come try out the class.

Dribble, Shoot! Come be apart of our exciting fall basketball season. Do you enjoy the roar of the crowd after a last second shot was made??? Do you like putting the pressure on with a full court press??? If so YMCA Basketball may be the sport for you. Come be a part of a tradition only the YMCA can provide. Kids learning to play basketball at the Y, respect and support their teammates, and appreciate diversity while increasing self-esteem and improving social skills, strengthening our community.

YOUTH Volleyball League

Youth volleyball is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills. Our volleyball leagues are designed to develop fundamental volleyball skills while learning teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. Skills taught include serving, passing, setting, hitting, and the rules of the game. The focus of the league is to have fun, meet new friends and play volleyball in a non-competitive environment. YMCA youth volleyball promises no try outs, no getting cut and no bench warmers! Every child plays while making friends and learning new techniques.

Youth Sports Clinics

Youth Sport Clinics are the best way to introduce children to a sport and prepare them to play at the team level. Our clinics will help your child develop skills for basketball, volleyball, or softball by using group instruction and individual drills. Teamwork, ball handling skills, sportsmanship, game rules and strategy will be addressed at these non-competitive clinics.
