Class

FIT FOR LIFE: The program will concentrate on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, power, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
BEGINNING STEP: For those who want to learn the basics of step aerobics.
STEP: Easy to follow, yet challenging moves and combinations using the step.
WATER AEROBICS: Healthy choice for adults which benefits participants through muscle toning, inches lost, cardiovascular fitness and socialization.

All classes meet in main pool.

SENIOR WATER AEROBICS: A healthy choice for older adults which benefits participants through muscle toning, inches lost, cardiovascular fitness and socialization.
CHAIR PLUS: Whether seated, supported by a chair or standing free, participants engage in strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises while also benefiting from a cardio workout.
SILVER SNEAKERS: A low-impact chair aerobics class, participants will benefit from exercise which promotes muscle toning, cardiovascular fitness and socialization.
TONING: Gain strength and muscle tone. This class uses dumbbells, bands, and your own body resistance.
CORE FUSION: This class is pilates based. Floor focusing on breathing techniques, core movements and using your own weight to strengthen and tone.
LOWER BODY BLAST: Get your cardio and toning in one hour! Hi/low interval class for all levels. Uses stability ball, bosu, and weights.
STABILITY BALL: Work your core muscles with this total body class on a ball!
TOTAL CARDIO: Nothing but cardio. Get your cardio done in 45 minutes with this intense calorie burning workout.
CARDIO MIX: This class includes all you could ever want in a cardio workout. Classes may include step, high/low, kickboxing, Bosu ball interval training and more.
YOGALATIES: This class will consist of a series of yoga and pilates based style poses and/or postures.
BOOT CAMP: Use own body weight for a very intense workout.
KICKBOXING: Aerobic combination of kicks and punches and other cardio combinations.
WATER WALKING: Raise your heart rate by walking in the resistance of the water.
AQUA RELAXATION: Gain relaxation benefits in the warm water using breathing and stretching techniques.
GENTLE MOTIONS: Soothes, stretches, helps flexibility and movement.
FIT KIDS: This class is for youth ages 10-17. This class will give a total cardio and strength workout.
POWER PUMP: An intense weight training/muscle conditioning class. Works every muscle group incorporating barbells, dumbbells, and other forms of resistance training.
STEP ‘N BOX: Combination of Step Aerobics and Kickboxing.
HIP HOP AEROBICS: Basic hip hop aerobic dance to upbeat music.
